Taylor joined ASLIS in March of 2013. Her interest in ASL and the Deaf community started in high school and propelled her to pursue it further into college. She received her BA in ASL Interpreting from St. Catherine University. Using sign language and remaining part of the Deaf and Interpreting communities is very important to her, and ASLIS helps her do just that! Outside of work Taylor spends a lot of time with her friends and family. Her interests include camping and hiking, playing board games and video games, as well as attending craft beer festivals and concerts. Some day she would love to have a cabin on a lake to retreat to on the weekends. Taylor lives in the cities with her fiancé and daughter. They also have two dogs - a Rat Terrier named Duckie and a Husky mix named Oliver.
