Welcome to ASLIS! We want you to succeed as an interpreter with our referral agency. To assist you in your success we have developed this Orientation Guide to serve as a reference for everything you will need to know. If you do not see an answer to your question, please contact us.

ASLIS Online Portal

The ASLIS Portal synchronizes to our ASLIS referral system and App. The ASLIS Portal can only be accessed through a web browser; Google Chrome is the recommended browser. The portal contains your Interpreter Profile, Credentials, Job History with online invoicing, and more. It is critical to have all of this information up to date, as our system pulls from the ASLIS Portal to determine which job notifications you will receive.

Interpreter Profile

Ensure your information is accurate in your Interpreter Profile.

Log into your ASLIS Portal www.portal.aslis.com/.
Click on the Interpreter Profile tab to the left of the page.
Verify your name, email address, salary, and contact information are all correct.
- - If you have a change of name or email address, please contact our staff with the updated information info@aslis.com.
  - If you make changes to your contact information in your profile, click Save.
Upload a professional photo.
- - Under Privacy Settings on the Interpreter Profile tab, select who can view your photo and full name. Then, click Save.
  - You can view other ASLIS contracted interpreter’s photos under the Interpreter List tab.
Add your areas of interpreting Specialties.
- - When given proper lead time, ASLIS filters jobs based on specialties. ASLIS uses these specialties to filter which interpreters are a good match for certain jobs.
  - After adding your specialties, click Save.
