Event Details
Remote interpreting has plenty of opportunity for teaming, but it looks and requires different dynamics than on-site teaming. Successful remote interpreting dynamics should feel like a well-choreographed dance. Whether you’ve teamed with someone before or it will be new for you, remote teaming can be successful every time. We’ll explore best practices before, during, and after a remote teaming session that sets everyone up for success. We’ll also explore questions to ask yourself and your team to prepare for positive remote teaming experiences.
Educational Objectives:
1. Identify qualities of positive remote teaming experiences
2. Develop questions to ask yourself and the remote team
3. Identify challenges to effective remote teaming and their impact on participants
ASLIS virtual workshops are NOT recorded for later viewing.
