Hello Interpreters! We have just launched a new way to invoice through your secure online account instead of having to fill out a non-secured form here. You must now login to the online software at: http://www2.aslis.com/outside/login.aspx
Instructions: Once you are logged in, there is no longer a link to "Submit Invoices". Instead now you must click on the "Check your Schedule" link, then click on the Job # for the job you want to invoice for. Once the screen with the full job details is pulled up, then you can scroll down to the bottom and fill in the required fields (invoice #, hourly rate, total hours and total amount due) then click submit. It will send an email copy of the invoice to you and a copy to us for payment processing. This should be easier for everyone because the Job #, date, time, your name, and the company name are automatically populated into your invoice for you meaning less mistakes! Yay!
