Pamela has been interpreting since 1981 with focuses in business, Deaf Blind and theatrical interpreting. She has been a national panel member on interpreting issues, is a published author, national speaker, certified consultant, and business owner. Pamela established Dynamic Communications, Inc. in 1986 with the goals of bringing Deaf and hearing co-workers closer together and empowering Deaf people in the advancement of their careers. In 1995, Pamela launched ASL Interpreting Services with the purpose of creating a quick, efficient agency that provided quality interpreting to the Deaf clients in Minnesota. She is a former member of the MRID board plus a member of many related organizations.

Melissa has worked at ASLIS since 2002. Her background is in business management & marketing (North Hennepin Community College 2004). In fact, for her final project, she created & presented the Dynamic Communications, Inc. marketing plan. She's been getting A's in the office ever since. Melissa is addicted to working (she'll retire at ASLIS) and she loves spending time with her children. She also spends a lot of time volunteering (MRID, her children's schools, and more!). Melissa is the jack of all trades, including accounting, IT support, presenter communication for PEWs Workshops, scheduling the Workplace Communications trainings, and everything in between.

Jacquie Williams: Accounts Payable/Office Administration Jacquie has worked at ASLIS since 2004. She is studied business management at St. Cloud State University. Her professional background is quite diverse, mainly centered around customer service, but also includes floral design and landscaping. Jacquie has been very successful at conquering out of the ordinary tasks given to her throughout her ASLIS career including; event organization, web design, IT support, beautifying the gardens and fixing whatever happens to break in the office. Jacquie is a native Minnesotan who loves the snow! Her interests are truly Minnesotan too. She like camping, gardening, canoeing, swimming, hiking, snowboarding, snowmobiling and anything else outdoors. Jacquie also loves to give back to the community by volunteering her time with various organizations.

Erin Bunting: Interpreter Referral Specialist Erin has worked with ASLIS since 2006. She has a BA in communications with a minor in psychology from Truman State University. Erin moved to Minnesota from Illinois and found a fantastic position working with ASLIS. Erin enjoys reading, rock climbing, camping and growing vegetables. Out of the office, she volunteers as a puppy raiser with Can Do Canines (formerly Hearing and Service Dogs of Minnesota.) If you ask where she's from, you'll probably hear, "Well...". Erin was born in Maine, but her father was in the army. She has lived all over the US as well as in Germany for several years. Erin has great memories from Germany, and even remembers some German. Das ist gut! Ja! Erin is the editor for ASLIS' bimonthly newsletter, the Communiqué.

Katie Johnson: Intern Coordinator/Interpreter Katie joined ASLIS in 2007 as an office staff member. She also works as a freelance Sign Language Interpreter throughout the metro area. She graduated from North Central University with a BA in Sign Language Interpreting and holds national RID certification. Katie works in a variety of settings but enjoys performance interpreting the most. Past interpreted performances include; The Importance of Being Earnest, Journey of the Drum; A Taiko Fable, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever!, A Child Shall Lead; The Young Life of Martin Luther King, Jr., Amazons and Their Men, and currently Perfect Pie. Katie is involved with MRID, and Fireside Training, in addition to working with interns.

Anne Sittner Anderson: Deaf Outreach Specialist Anne joined ASLIS in 2008. Before getting into the interpreter referral business, Anne spent years working for an electronic publishing company indexing and abstracting e-learning databases. Anne graduated from Gallaudet University in 2002 with a degree in English Writing. During her college years & post-collegiate years, Anne worked with Gallaudet University's Personal Discovery Program, as an outdoor recreation/ropes course facilitator. She is a history buff, an avid reader, and a museum enthusiast. Anne volunteers with MRID's Camp ASL and she plans to volunteer with the RID Region III conference. Anne has many responsibilities at ASLIS including Fireside Training coordination, collecting feedback from Deaf people on their interpreters and MORE!
